I’ve known Oleg for a long time and finally got a chance to work with him on a purchase of my house. It took us some time to find that perfect home, but it was totally worth it. I’m very happy with the result and can’t wait to start on my renovation project. It was great working with Oleg, would definitely do it again, and could certainly recommend him for all the people looking to purchase their first home in The US.

We got super lucky working with Oleg. My husband and I knew we wanted to get a property, but had a few ideas in our heads that were completely different. Oleg was super patient, super flexible, went with us to see quite a number of different properties. Even though our schedule wasn’t too flexible, he was always extra accommodating, even if we wanted to see something in the last minute. He advised us on the market and fair price, on potential of the property, location, and even when to “stop trying to overbid the other offers”- where have you ever seen a realtor who’ll tell you to look for something else instead of just offering more money? At the end of the day, we found a perfect house for our needs. Even then, Oleg’s job wasn’t over. He worked closely with listing agent, helped us decipher all the inspection reports, was there for some inspections without us and FaceTimed me with inspector because we couldn’t be there. And at the end of the day, in this crazy market where houses sell tens and hundreds thousands over asking price, he negotiated our price down! So definitely 5 stars all the way!

Being new to Los Angeles area, Oleg did a great job of educating us on different towns, pros and cons of each town and looking at potential properties for our new home. He was very patient and knowledgeable of the process and we ended up finding a perfect home that Oleg help us secure. The process is always stressful but Oleg did amazing job by educating us and had a great strategy to buy our home. Would recommend for everyone including my friends and family.
